Fees are payable at the time of each session. The practice has full EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc), Medicare Easyclaim, & HICAPS payment/ reimbursement facilities available for your convenience.
Medicare Rebates
For GP/ Psychiatrist-referred clients with a Mental Healthcare Plan
You may be eligible to claim a rebate from Medicare to help cover the cost of your sessions. You will need to be referred to Dorian by your GP or Psychiatrist along with a Mental Health Care Plan. Medicare reimburses you $88.25 (item number 80110) for up to 20 Psychologist sessions per calendar year.
Obtaining a Mental Healthcare Plan
To obtain a Mental Healthcare Plan, ask your GP or Psychiatrist to make the Mental Health Care Plan out to:

Private Healthcare Fund Rebates
Your Private Healthcare Fund may offer rebates for mental health services as part of your policy. To see if you are covered you will need to contact your Private Healthcare Fund directly to discuss your eligibility. Dorian can provide itemised session receipts for your Private Healthcare Fund if requested.
